I know it has been a while since we last updated as we both, Bug and Bee had a really busy week with work but rest assured, we would be updating as consistently as we can to keep you readers updated!
Now one of our many adventures brought us to the recent Charles and Keith Warehouse Sale!
Yes you heard me right! I was dragged by Bee to accompany her to the women shoes warehouse sale!
We went on a Friday morning at 10.15am, thinking it would be nice and quiet as many would probably at work and at school and we could enjoy our shopping spree there without any worries at all about pushing each other and trying to get hold of the perfect shoe but then again, I thought wrong...
At 10am, there was already a LONG queue waiting outside the place where the warehouse sale was located!
Cars were parked EVERYWHERE around the vicinity and mind you, that area was never seen to have many cars before unless the nights where there was a night market!
As a guy, I would never have thought women would be crazy enough to wake up so early in the morning, knowing they could've woke up an hour later or so with extra sleep if they are having their off days, or maybe not even skip work or classes to go to a warehouse sale at 10 in the morning. I truly thought wrong and this was definitely an eye opener!
Women in my understanding now are willing to even skip work or maybe take a half day off just to go for the sale! And knowing Bee usually complains its HOT waiting under the sun or maybe complain that she had to walk so FAR, having to walk quite a distance to the warehouse, she never complained at all queuing and waiting to get into the warehouse sale under the HOT sun! Well the queue was pretty well managed and pretty fast since we came slightly earlier but it was still rather stuffy and dusty as the sale was actually held inside the basement of the building.

There were men there as well, to be their spouse's or loved one's company and also to hold their boxes of shoes when they are done shopping!!! And well, some men, or maybe most men were there to prepare their credit cards and smile saying, "Yes Honey, anything for you."
Well there were some men which I observed to be at one corner, holding bags, and reading a book while waiting for his girlfriend to finish shopping for shoes!
And there were a line of guys waiting behind the counter of displayed shoes trying not to get in the way of the other women rushing to grab all the best buy shoes!
The crowd was definitely hard to control but the Charles and Keith crew did their very best to professionally handle the crowd and prevent mishaps from happening like providing plastic bags to tie and cover women's handbags as there may be pick pockets around the area which we may not know.

Bee just smiled and was happy with her two new-found shoes!
She was contemplating on buying either one but I told her, "with your rare sense of taste and picky-ness, just get them BOTH!"
And after wearing the shoes again and looking at them again and again for about half an hour, she said "OK! BOTH THEN!"
That was the "Rainbow and Dandelions" moment for a guy when a woman can make up her mind!
Well at least for me!
I definitely enjoyed my time accompanying Bee to the warehouse sale eventhough it may be rather tiring walking about the warehouse sale with a whole lot of people, and sneezing terribly as my nose is pretty sensitive to dust! But seeing the smile on her face after she managed to get something for herself made my day!
We had an enjoyable time at the Warehouse Sale!
